BRAND WARRANTY
KHADIM offers a 90-day Warranty on Footwear and Accessories.
This Warranty can be claimed within 90-Days from date of purchase of product under the following conditions:

- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
- Broken/Cracked Sole
- Pasting Defects

Accessories
- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
- Damaged Stitching
Note:
- Warranty does not extend to fancy/delicate/decorative material and ornaments.
- Fulfilment of claims will be at the sole discretion of the company.
- Warranty is not applicable on discounted items.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation of an order (Card/Net Banking/UPI/COD) must be done within 24-hours of purchase (strongly recommend).
2. You can cancel by going to “My Account” page and clicking on the “Cancel” button against your order.
3. 100% Amount will be refunded to source (Card/Bank/UPI account) used at the time of ordering within 5 to 7 business days. Please discount National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.
Note: Failure to cancel within 24-hours of placing an order means the product will have been despatched and cannot be recalled.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. FREE Shipping for Card/Net Banking/UPI/COD purchases of INR 500 and above.
2. Any purchase below INR 500 (0 to 499) will be subject to a Convenience Fee of INR 49 per order.
3. A Convenience Fee is the extra amount that the Courier Company charges for delivering goods to your doorstep.
4. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 10 business days from date of order/purchase. Please discount National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.
Note:In case of Return and Refund this Convenience Fee will NOT be refunded.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. You can request a Return and Refund within 15-days from date of receipt of product.
2. Once we receive the return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up of the product. The pick-up process will be completed within 10 business days. Please discount National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.
3. Product(s) should be returned unused, in resalable condition inside the original box(s) with shoe tag(s) attached.
4. Product(s) with dirty sole, footprints, any other visible signs of usage will not be accepted for return.
5. After we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 – 7 business days. Please discount National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.
Note:
- A Return request exceeding 15 days from date of receipt of product will not be entertained.
- Should you claim either of the following:
- Receipt of item with Manufacturing / Finishing defects
- Receipt of item that appears Damaged / Used
- Damaged products will not be replaced with new products.
- No complaints regarding return and refund of products purchased ONLINE will be entertained at KHADIM stores unless explicitly conveyed by KHADIM Consumer Care.
